The hotel provided a swift room change within minutes to our clean and adequate room. The staff could improve their customer service approach. The location offers water sports and a nice environment, but there are safety concerns at the pool area. The dining options were somewhat lackluster, excluding some dishes from the rate.

The hotel had some positives like prompt room service and fine staff, but overlooking the staff living quarters was not ideal. Despite a few hiccups, my interaction with Sukru at reception was okay.

The rooms were done daily, and when I needed extra towels one evening, they were brought to me in just 2 minutes. While the staff were fine, they may not all be comedians, but they got the job done.

Although there were some language barriers and the music could get loud, the spa services were satisfactory in general. By the way, bring earplugs if you need some peace around the hotel.

The area was lovely and with a nice view, but some maintenance issues like broken flags and poor pool lighting were noticeable. Additionally, the transportation services to the market were not well-coordinated.
